Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Awesome place! Very nice atmosphere, and nice employees. I love the cows, and the cute little plants that are buyable next to the business. Lovely place to go to after hitting the park, and just a lovely place in general. I got vanilla ice cream and it was pretty good! The selection is very vast and delicious! Would recommend to go!

I fell in love with Scoups last year, so I was excited when they reopened this year. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed to find that the ice cream seems to be completely different. The cookie dough flavor used to be packed with chunks of cookie dough, but now it tastes like plain vanilla ice cream with just a few chocolate chips mixed in. I ordered two scoops for $6 and found only about two tiny pieces of cookie dough and maybe six chocolate chips in the entire things. The quality has noticeably declined, and it just isn't the same ice cream I enjoyed before. Sadly, I won't be coming back.

Ice cream was very good, prices are too high! Service is too slow, no one ahead of me , ordered 2 items . One girl at register, one girl making my selection, she walked back and forth 10 times trying to make it, definitely something is not right with your process, waited 15 mins , which is ridiculous. $10 for a shake & $12 for a sundae in a cup is steep. We were trying to support local.

Have been coming to Scoups regularly over the past 3 years and the quality and size continues to get worse.... waited in line for 20 minutes to order then another 20 for my ice cream and was handed this as β€œ2 scoops” for 6 dollars. Barely 1/4 and 1/2 scoop of each flavor. Will NOT be returning, would much rather support other local spots.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but I am very disappointed in my latest visit to Scoupsβ€”a place I used to consider one of the best ice cream shops around. I expected the prices to be a little higher than last season, but I was not expecting them to change their sizing system. A junior used to be 2 scoops but now it is only 1, and costs $5 too. I was gonna let that slide given the state of the economy but my breaking point was waiting almost 30 minutes in line for my favorite M&M ice cream and then discovering that the M&M ice cream I received had barely any M&Ms in it, as you can see from the photo. It used to turn rainbow due to all the M&Ms but this time it remained as white as could be. If I wanted plain vanilla ice cream I would’ve ordered that. Maybe this was just an off night but I think my money may be better spent elsewhere where I can get what I bargained for.
